Apecoin (APE) has become quite a popular crypto project since its launch.
Millions of coins have now been distributed to NFT holders, including BAYC, Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) and Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) collection holders.
Statistically, the airdrop originally included a distribution of 150 million APEs, while there are 284,843,750 APEs in circulation, distributed among 48,570 APE holders. Among them are quite a number of crypto-kits, as can be seen in the chart below.
For example, the top ten APE holders own 9.16% of the 284.84 million APEs outstanding, corresponding to 26,091,687.5 Apecoin. Currently, the top 20 holders control 14.16% of APEs outstanding, which equals 40,333,875 APEs.
The data also shows that the top 50 APE holders own 29.16% of APE in circulation, which equals 83,060,437.5 Apecoin. Moreover, the top 100 APE wallets now account for 52.36% of APE supply.
In fact, the top address contains 30,305,548 APEs, which is 3.03% of the current supply. The second largest APE address holds 10,833,332 APEs or 1.08% of coins in circulation.
Apecoin has the highest trading volume on the decentralized exchange platform Uniswap, and the coin has also been added to Sushiswap, 1inch and 0x Native.
