Blockchain data analytics company Nansen has released a beta version of its messenger Nansen Connect with end-to-end encryption for cryptocurrency owners.
To use the messenger, you need to go to the Nansen Connect website, link your wallet to store digital assets and choose a nickname from the suggested nicknames. For example, users of the NFT OpenSea trading marketplace can take the nickname Smart NFT Trader.
The main feature of Nansen Connect is that the messenger monitors the digital assets stored in the wallet and offers to join communities dedicated to the virtual currencies that the user owns. The messenger also monitors transactions and other transactions related to decentralized networks.
Nansen is already considered one of the most important information centers in the crypto industry. Our key product, naming wallets for 120 million addresses on the Ethereum network, is designed to bring the identities and behaviors of members of the cryptocommunity to the surface of a sea of blockchain data. Creating a social product is a natural evolutionary step based on this feature,” said Nansen product manager Paul Harwood.
In December 2021, Nansen was able to raise $75 million in funding to develop the new software. Large companies such as venture capital funds Andreessen Horowitz and Accel, as well as the investment organization Tiger Global, invested in the firm.
